IMT – Call for Post-Doctoral Fellow

IMT Lucca - Institute for Advanced Studies in Italy is currently recruiting for a:
  • Post-Doctoral Fellow position in Computer Vision and Machine Learning;
  • Post-Doctoral Fellow position in Medical Image Analysis.
The Institute is looking for a researcher to join PRIAn - Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis Unit within IMT Lucca, and propose innovative approaches to the above problems. The candidate will have the opportunity to:
  • investigate new approaches for image analysis and the discovery of patterns in multidimensional datasets arising in imaging problems in natural and life sciences;
  • propose innovative approaches to cardiovascular image analysis.
The candidate should have good programming skills, a strong mathematical background, and an interest in bridging the gap to the biological/natural sciences. A good record of international publications demonstrating prior experience is required.
