New and Emerging Talent Initiative Programme
The New and Emerging Talent Initiative (NETI) announce the launch of its recruitment campaign for the 7th Cohort. The NETI Programme is an im
portant part of UNICEF’s global talent management strategy for contributing to the organization’s goals.
It focuses on attracting, selecting, developing and retaining talent, as well as supporting its growth and development in the organization. NETI participants work actively in multicultural environments within the development and humanitarian arenas, while contributing to delivering results for children.
The 7th NETI Cohort includes positions at the P-2/P-3 in the following functional areas:

- Communication for Development,
- Education,
- Health, Nutrition,
- Monitoring & Evaluation,
- Operations, Resource Mobilization,
- Planning, Social Policy and Child Protection.
Applications will be accepted through e-recruitment until the deadline of 11:59 p.m. (EST) on September 23, 2014. Selected NETI participants are expected to start early 2015.
